Get a License
Activate Your License
Follow these steps to activate your Council license key in the app.

Open the Council app
Launch Council on your mobile device. If you don't have it yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play below.

Go to Settings
Tap the gear icon or navigate to your account settings.

Open Subscription
Find and tap the "Subscription" option in your settings menu.

Enter your license key
Tap "Enter License Key", paste your key, and tap "Activate". Your license will be active immediately.

Common Questions
What is a license key?
A license key is a unique code that grants you access to Council's full features. Each key is single-use and tied to one account once activated.
When does my license start?
Your license period begins when you activate the key in the app — not when you purchase it. A 365-day key activated in March expires the following March.
Can I use a key on multiple devices?
A license key is bound to one account. Once activated, your license applies to your account across all devices you're signed into.
I lost my key. What do I do?
Visit the Purchase History page and look up your order by email. Your keys will be displayed there. You can also check the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase.
